We accept returns and exchanges on all regular and sale priced items purchased within 7 days of the delivery date. Some exclusions may apply. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
AURAFURS OFFERS THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING METHODS:
Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over 150$: Delivery time between 7and 14 business days.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING
- We dispatch orders 2-7 business days after the order has been placed.
- If for some reason your order can not be shipped within this time frame you will be informed.
- NB: During end of year holiday season processing time can increase slightly.
- Orders arrive on average within 7-14 business days and are shipped with DHL 、UPS、FedEx or SF-International express
- Free shipping on all orders over $150
- Shipping fee on orders under $150 is $30-50
- International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes. Any applicable duties and taxes on deliveries must be settled by the recipient.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
- When placing an order with us for international delivery, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your local customs authorities.
- These charges are beyond our control and are determined and charged by the destination country's regulations. Most countries will have DHL collect payments prior to delivery. If you are contacted by DHL 、UPS、FedEx or SF-International to pay import taxes and duties this is NOT shipping charges.

- If an order is facing shipment delays we will contact you via email.
- Please note, AuraFurs is not liable for missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly. At this time, we're not currently set up for reshipment orders or exchanges and require that a new order is placed with the returned funds.
- If the carrier’s tracking link for your order is not showing activity or movement for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service to investigate.
- Please note that we require DHL to collect signature upon delivering your order. DHL will allow you to opt-out of this option, if you have opted-out of signed delivery only DHL will be able to potentially assist in locating your package.
RETURNS
- To return an item please email aurafurs@protonmail.com within 7-days of receiving your order.
- The item can not be used nor show signs of being worn.
- Items bought on sale are not eligible for return, only exchange.
Exchanges are free please also contact us within 7 days to be eligible for an exchange.
- Email aurafurs@protonmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. if you contact us and initiate a return after the 7-day period you are no longer eligible for a refund. (The 7 days start the same day the courier has delivered your parcel)
- Add RETURN or EXCHANGE and Order Number in the subject line (example RETURN#1346)
- We will get back to you within 48 hours and offer you the option of a prepaid shipping label through DHL 、UPS、FedEx or SF-International , they will collect it at your home or a chosen location. Or give you shipping instructions if you wish to arrange shipping yourself.
- Once we have received your order a refund will be issued within 13 days.
- Customers will only receive a refund that is the same amount of purchased product/products. The shipping charge is not refunded.
- Orders placed on sale are not eligible for return only exchange.
- If the item is faulty please include images in your email detailing the issue and we will send you a return shipping label free of charge.
