• Do not dry out the product by exposure to heat sources. When the fur is wet, it is gently shaken, placed on the hanger, away from heat sources, so that drying is done slowly.
• Avoid excessive wetting or watering as water penetrates through the fur to the skin. When drying, the leather will deform, tighten and become stiffer.
• It is forbidden to directly or indirectly apply eyeshadows, oils, alcohol, perfume or chemical substances to the product.
• Protect the product from objects that can cause scratches, burns, punctures. Avoid any conditions of extreme movement or any physical action likely to damage the product.
• We recommend avoiding wearing the product while driving. Using shoulder straps or seat belts can lead to wear and tear.
• Unbutton the coat when you sit down, this prevents wear and tear of the staples/buttons.
• Store the product in a dry, cool place, away from heat sources, away from the sun's rays.
• For storage, use wide hangers with rounded edges. Cover the product with bags or sacks made of natural fibers, not plastic films, so that the product can breathe.
• Periodically ventilate the product in open spaces, but without direct exposure to the sun's rays.
• Natural fur products require specific cleaning, carried out ONLY in specialized centers.

The guarantee will be provided within 30 days from the notification date at most by:repairing the product ,replacing the product , if it cannot be repaired or returning the value of the product , if neither repair nor replacement is possible.

The warranty is only valid if the care, use and storage instructions are followed. Normal product wear and tear is not a warranty-related defect.
